How can I become a m-cycle racer part time?

Guest is asking: I know barely to ride a motorcycle now but don’t want to ride in the streets and traffic. How can I find a way to take lessons and practice on a real race course?Many of them require you to be riding a lot already. Is there ANY way that I can get them to accept me in one of the schools?I really don’t want to ride in traffic but I KNOW I can get really good on a course. Can someone help me find a way?Thx a LOT!
