Guest: I’m looking to get a custom part for my brother’s bike for his birthday. He has a Harley Dyna Sportsbob bike. I want to get him a “legacy points cover”. . . . . but I’m not sure it will work on his bike or if it’s “culturally” appropriate to put an Indian Larry points cover on a new Harley???1. Can a custom points cover go on the bike? What do I need to know about the bike or the part before ordering? 2. Is it okay within the harley and custom chopper communities to have an Indian Larry custom logo part on a new Harley???I don’t know much about bikes and don’t know if the part can even go on his bike. Thanks for any help in advance!I aske the second question because I was wondering if it’s “sacreligious” to place a old-time, chopper designer’s logo on a new Harley.
